Welcome to Creative Color (creativecolor.app). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Creative Color sells custom illustration services: personalized coloring pages and coloring books created from the details and photos you provide. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are business-day estimates and start when your completed order details (the intake form) are received, not at payment.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to share any photos or details you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We use them only to create your order and never share or sell them.

Usage rights

Your finished pages are for personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as you like for your household and give the book as a gift. Group or organizational reprinting (a class set, church event handouts, favors for guests) requires the Group Reprint Rights add-on or an Events package. Creative Color retains the underlying artwork copyright and may show finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Proofs and revisions

Every order includes a private proof before final delivery and the revision round(s) listed on your tier. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed subject and style, not a change to a new subject, style, or page count.

What we may decline

We do not illustrate content that is hateful, explicit, or infringes trademarks or copyrights we do not have rights to. If we decline an order for content reasons before work begins, you receive a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear as CREATIVECOLOR on your statement. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
